Comment Forms - Attica Group
Need for:
- An online solution that would collect and analyze satisfaction and marketing data forms from on-board the Group’s passenger vessels in order to replace the paper-based forms previously available
What we did:
- We designed and implemented a back–end platform based on the client’s infrastructure that enables managers to create vessel-specific survey forms and collect, manage and analyze data provided by passengers
- We made available an on-board form, provided via the @sea infotainment platform for the customers to complete. While on-board, the passenger rates predefined satisfaction criteria or provides comments in free text format
- The platform is fully GDPR compliant
Results for the client:
- Significantly faster data collection and analysis mechanism
- A centralized management and assessment of key passenger KPIs that leads to faster corrective actions on-board the vessels
